5年以上经验硕士以上学历

岗位职责:

1. Be responsible for ADAS system development to achieve program target

2. Responsible for ADAS feature performance.

3. ADAS target setting and follow up.

4. To perform ADAS system optimization and integration.

5. To lead and support issue solving and optimization.

6. To do analytic judgment and report issues to the Attribute leader.

7. To follow up ADAS test both in system level and components level.

8. Build up requirement database and requirement handling database.

任职要求:

1. Engineering master degree or equivalent.

2. Minimum 6 years working experience in ADAS development. Previous experience in one of the following: AEB, ACC or LKA.

3. At least 3 years' experience in development of embedded software product

4. Technical knowledge in ADAS products, testing, and validation

5. Knowledge in digital signal processing and vehicle CAN communications.

6. Must be highly motivated, detail oriented and organized with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. Important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Familiar with vehicle development & validation process, ADAS standard & regulations, including GB, CNCAP, EuroNCAP etc..

8. Ability to work well with other engineering teams to accomplish company goals.

9.. Willing to do extensive traveling to manufacturing plants, suppliers and test sites.

10. Cross-culture and cross-function communication. ? Fluent both in written and oral English.
