岗位职责:

Functional and disciplinary leader of ADAS development & Release Engineering Team

Develop ADAS product and technical strategy; mid-term and long-term roadmap based on market trend, consumer needs, competitor analysis, and company strategy;

Lead ADAS product development team for feasibility study, requirement deep dive analysis, detail function specification definition and RFI /RFQ preparation until SOP for the ADAS component and System delivery to meet timing, cost, quality and etc. target cross functional team;

Quick response to aftersales support request including customer issue and device fix

Manage and improve engineering process, tools, and testing bench, drive best engineering practice of requirement development, product development, develop & deploy best practice;

Maintain strategic relationship with other functional areas;

Well charge of team resource and motivate member to work in balance way

Manage ad supervise the timing plan, VAVE, ECR process and application

任职要求:

At least Engineering Bachelor Degree in computer science, software engineering, Electronics

Minimum 6 years working experience in ADAS development such as AEB, ACC, LKA system or Radar/Lidar/Camera components; Technical knowledge in ADAS products, testing, and validation

Experience with algorithm development, being familiar with Simulink, Knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety Standard

Deep experience with interface requirement define between ADAS and chassis EE;

Knowledge in digital signal processing and vehicle CAN communications.

Familiar with vehicle development & validation process, ADAS standard & regulations, including GB, CNCAP, EuroNCAP etc.

Ability to work well with other engineering teams to accomplish company goals.

Willing to do extensive traveling to manufacturing plants, suppliers and test sites.
