岗位职责:

1.Plan and coordinate within Manufacturing the pre-serial build plan, overall quality assurance plan and all other activities necessary for a successful mfg. launch

策划试生产计划，质量保证计划，以及其他活动，确保投产顺利达成

2.Together with the mfg. Launch develop of a Manufacturing readiness plan together with concerned functions.

与各模块对接，共同策划生产准备达成计划

3.Administrate the weekly readiness follow up meeting, securing that all functions are following the plan. Visualize the manufacturing launch status make weekly reports.

策划投产会每周跟进制造部各模块进度，确保计划按期完成。目视化所有的投产状态，并编制投产周报

4.All manufacturing planning should be done together with responsible manufacturing function and if necessary also with other functions within the company as Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering and Project management.

投产计划需与制造各模块共同确认完成，必要时同时与采购，采购质量，研发，项目管理等做横向对接

5.The manufacturing launch team should plan for the coordination necessary between the functions. The team should also secure that the different MFG functions do their own plans and follow up that they follow their plans according to the launch main targets.

设定投产指标，并且确保投产团队的良好协作，每个模块按既定目标开展工作并完成相应交付物

6.Support to set up launch system to standardize how to develop launch work, and continuously improvement.

支持做投产体系的搭建，明确如何更好的开展投产工作，并持续改进

任职要求:

1.Auto, machanical or other degree, Priority if has PMP certification

汽车、机械等相关专业学历，有项目管理PMP认证优先

2.Above3 years experience in auto industry, Priority if worked in OEM

三年以上汽车行业工作经验，主机厂经历优先

3.Good computer skills in general including MS Office, Excel,

熟练操作办公软件

4.Good communication skills and problem solving ability.

良好的沟通能力及问题解决能力。

5.Good working knowledge of lean principles and standardisation.

6.Strong drive, commitment, flexibility and confidence to achieve goals.
