1年以上经验中专以上学历

岗位职责:

严格遵守车间的各项安全制度，正确穿戴劳防用品，严格执行安全锁定流程

Strictly obey the safety regulations of the workshop, participate in all kinds of security activities

能够按照标准作业文件进行操作

According to standard file to work

按要求节点实施AM，参加每天的早会

Fill AM card on time and accurately, attend morning meeting

如有异常，停止手中的工作，使用暗灯呼叫,等待班长的响应和支援

If happen unusual things, stop working and push Andon and wait TL for supporting and solving the problem

服从班组管理，完成班组安排的其它临时性工作

Obey the team management and complete the arrangements of the other temporary work.

任职要求:

A) Basic Requirements：

高中/中专/技校或以上, 机械或电器类专业

High school / Vocational school/ Technical school or above Major in Mechanical or Electrical

能够灵活的进行工作安排，包括需要的时候，可以轮班、加班

Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required

B) Personal Attribute Requirements：

必须要有团队合作精神，保证沟通是开放直接和清楚的。

Must be a good team player. Ensures communication is open direct and clear.

必须具有在组织各级别间形成良好的工作关系。

Must be able to form good working relationships at all levels of the organization.
