岗位职责:

Become an specialist of the integrity inspection of aftertreatment catalyst and ceramic substrate;

Operate, maintain the non-destructive inspection instruments and create the report;

Help internal and external customers understand the testing fundamental and inspection report;

Operate and maintain the aging oven for catalyst aging, and document the reports for aging record;

Onsite monitor the aftertreatment manufacturing and tear-down;

Conduct logistics work (submit work order, prepare for prototypes, ship the prototypes) for catalyst tests;

Order, track and manage catalyst prototypes;

Markup drawings for prototypes;

Team work documentation

作为柴油机后处理领域对催化剂和陶瓷载体完整性进行检测的专业人员;

操作及维护无损探伤仪器，检测催化剂和陶瓷载体，并出具检测报告;

帮助内部及外部客户理解测试机理和检测报告内容;

操作及维护催化剂老化炉，并归档老化记录;

现场跟踪后处理系统的封装和拆解过程;

完成催化剂相关测试所需的后勤工作，包括提交测试申请，定制处理样件及寄送样件到指定实验室等;

订购，追踪和管理催化剂样件;

为催化剂样件出具图纸;

文件及测试报告归档

任职要求:

Bachelor or college degree in Engineering, Materials Science and Chemical Engineering are preferred;

Professional experience and knowledge of ceramic materials physical properties, failure analysis and material test methods;

Experimental experience in destructive and non-destructive testing techniques;

Experience with aftertreatment system a plus;

Effective spoken and written communication skills;

Good English written skill

工学本科或专科学历，材料科学，化学工程相关专业优先;

在陶瓷材料物理性质、失效分析和材料测试方法等方面具有专业经验与知识;

具有使用破坏性和非破坏性检测技术检测陶瓷材料的经验;

在发动机后处理领域有相关工作经验者优先;

高效的口头和书面沟通能力;

具备较好的英文写作能力
