1, Dealer recruitment based on network plan and makes sure all new dealership set up meet network Plan and timeline.
2, As Dealer interface he/she need take full responsibility for all dealer network issues, make sure all dealer in assigned region meet brand ‘s KPI
3, Manage network related legal and administrative process and documents
4. Implement dealer Network strategy and ensure all field action to meet network development standard required by HQ.
5. Follow-up the network development action plans and take the necessary corrective actions
6, Create the standardization and the communication mechanism of the best practices of the Excellent Dealerships among the dealers network
7., Support other team’s work, in particular, Facility development team and training team .
8, Other ad-hoc work assigned.
Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing, Economics or Automotive.
At least 8 years working experience, 5 years or above in automotive Network, Marketing or Sales and service function.
Strong analytical background and Market Knowledge in China automotive market
Good communicator and ability to convert large amount of data into actionable recommendations
Strong skills in MS programs especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data consolidation.
Excellent oral and writing skills in both English and Chinese
Passion in automotive distribution and mobility solutions
Ability to work in a complex organization, thrive in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities
