Responsible for all M3X program related topics of brake system development engineering from concept phase to start of production
Brake system concept, packaging and cost reduction study and proposal
Engineering & Release of foundation brakes(booster/caliper/disc) and ESC/EPB system
Brake system and component design and process validation
Guide and control related supplier to work with M3X and provide high quality deliverables on time
Propose design solution and validate product, finalize production preparation for product lunching
Lead creation of engineering standards and requirements on related components
Cost and weight reduction in concept phase, design and quality improvement in development phase
Support the development and execution of a robust quality driven product development process
More than 5 years’ experience of brake system design/development in automotive OEM or brake system supplier
Detail know-how on optimize brake hardware to improve vehicle brake performance
Experienced on Engineering & Release of foundation brakes(booster/caliper/disc) and ESC/EPB system, familiar with brake related electronic knowledge and ESC/EPB calibration
Familiar with the integration of ESC and EPB, familiar with the interaction of ESC and ADAS system
Familiar with different generation of Regenerative Braking Systems Engineering & release
Fluent in English speaking and professional in English writing skills
Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent
C1 drive license
