3年以上经验本科以上学历

岗位职责:

1.In House legal or compliance experience, include but not limit to the automotive industry.

2.Manufacturing Industry would be prefered.

3.At least 1-3 years reputational Lawfirm experience

任职要求:

1. Law bachlor degree, Master is a plus.

2. Knowledge on corporate governance law and Regulation, e.g. Contract law, Company law, FDI. IPR.

3. Experience in litigation or arbitration collectivelly or independently.

4. Knowledge or strong sense on compliance relevant area, e.g. Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Forensic Investigation, GDPR

5. Excellent strategy and process oriented thinking with logic.

6. Matured skill in MS. Office

7. Fluent both in written and speaking English

8. Self Motivation, passion, eager to learn attitude.

9. Team work spirit .
