岗位职责:

Sourcing activity 新项目定点工作

Implement sourcing activity (RFI/RFQ) based on Specifications and budget

Prepare ASC (Supplier choice) and submit to Commodity Section Manager BOP

执行新项目采购供应商定点活动(RFI/RFQ)基于技术要求以及采购预算

准备供应商定点采购委员会相关材料并提交给直接物料采购部门经理

Cost reduction activity 年降工作

Negotiates with suppliers to reach yearly cost reduction targets

与供应商谈判以达到年降目标

Supplier management 供应商管理工作

Solves local crisis (e.g. : quality crisis, delivery disruption and delays) in connection with Process Engineering Dpt

配合工艺部门解决国产化零部件风险(例如：质量风险、到货损坏延迟风险)。

Deliverables and indicators工作交付及指标:

Key deliverables: Supplier nomination proposal

Key indicators: Budget achievement for new Business, Purchasing Performance (cost reduction) for existing Business

Key deliverables工作交付主要结果: 供应商定点提案

Key indicators主要绩效指标: 新产品目标价格达成以及量产产品年降目标达成

任职要求:

2 years Purchasing (negotiation) experience in Automotive components

Master Degree Engineering or Business

两年以上的与汽车相关的零部件采购(谈判)经验

工程或商务背景的本科学历
