Undertaking market research and provide analysis and insight for industrial trend and latest development in financial market esp. auto financing, leasing areas and other automakers.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of cooperated partners' value propositions while identify changing market trends.
Assist in building a long-term commercial relationship with external stakeholders across partner organizations and executing on agreed deliverables.
Assist in developing mid-long-term strategy, being PM and work with internal cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements to deliver the strategies and develop tactical implementation plans.
Manage strategic project plans, risks & issues, blockers & actions.
Maintain visibility and communication across stakeholders, report on progress to function head.
Support CN market coordination of global Financial Services initiatives and ensure timely and effective communication and implementation.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by function head.
Ability to see the big picture, independent thinking, organized, and the ability to drive action and result oriented. Be able to build strong relationships with teams across the company, manage varied cross-functional participants and keep all stakeholders up to speed. Expected to take a frank and pragmatic approach to deliver broader strategic objectives while driving quick wins.
Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Management or related field, MBA is a plus.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services area.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of performance, project management and implementation to drive sustainable success.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
High energy, results orientated, dependable individual who will enjoy the challenge of a rapidly evolving global organization.
Results oriented with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
Strong PC skills including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Project
Other Qualifications:
Controller background, capital market such as bond issuance experience is a plus.
Project management and IT system development and integration, PMP not required but preferred.
