岗位职责:

Act as the liaison between development teams and contract manufacturers;

Support activities related to manufacturing of the assigned module at the contract manufacturer plant;

Lead/support the investigation of all the electrical and mechanical issues which include material check (harness, hardware, software, calibration…), EOL processes, diagnostic, rework, plant quality check, etc.;

Identify bottleknecks in manufacturing process related to design and coordinate with CM and development teams proper actions;

Develop and implement interim containment and permanent corrective action for all the issues on time, and following up these actions;

Report out at daily & weekly launch team meetings ;

Work closely with STA, MFG and other cross functional teams in plant;

Document and communicate the software specifications from different development teams;

Manage the daily cross function communications and ensure a synchronized development activities;

Provide on-site support for troubleshooting during launch phase;

Location for the role is in Shanghai with frequent visit to manufacturing sites.

任职要求:

Bachelor Degree or above in electrical engineering, vehicle or mechanical engineering;

Advanced knowledge of vehicle electronics system functions and components;

At least 5 years in automotive OEM/Tier1/CM;

Minimum 2 years of software development and/or testing in automotive OEM/Tier1;

Strong quality awareness. Familiar with six sigma and other quality tools;

Flexible with working arrangements including locations, shifts & overtime where required.
