岗位职责:

Work as supervisor engineer to develop design and testing plan based on program development process and program time milestones.

As the leading role in product development team (PDT) for chassis control functions, coordinate all the chassis control cross function teams in line with the program time.

Balance the working resource and loading for the whole chassis control team to complete all the assigned projects.

Prepare the mule vehicle testing setup and plan including order chassis control testing materials and parts, plan the test objects and test equipment etc.

Responsible for chassis control product concept development, function definition, SOR, and technical specifications, instructions and procedures. Lead/support the supplier selection and development with the cross function teams.

Communicate and coordinate the internal and external resources to drive the chassis control product development and deliverables on time.

任职要求:

Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.

Fluent speaking & written communication in English. Good at presentation skills.

More than 7 years working experience in chassis system development and especially 3 years’ experience or above in management role

Good knowledge of chassis system function, structure, principle and attributes for chassis performance.
