岗位职责:

1.Welding Process Synchronization白车身同步工程

Carry out and self-driven fulfill BIW Welding Process Synchronization Engineering(Responsible part) and optimization of design, create flow chart and concept.

执行和自我驱动完成白车身同步工程(责任部分)、设计优化，工艺流程和工艺方案。

2. Production Process Planning生产工艺规划

Carry out and self-driven fulfill BIW Production Process Planning(Responsible part),

Detailed BIW production planning, welding process design, layout, create welding line fixture technical specific book for bidding. Make project plan, milestone and carry out.

Fulfill operator and quality inspection headcount planning.

执行和自我驱动完成白车身工艺规划(责任部分)，制定详细的工艺方案和生产线规划图，完成详细焊装生产线设备规划、选型、技术标书编制。编制执行项目计划和节点。完成人员规划。

3.Production Equipment Planning生产设备规划

Carry out and self-driven fulfill BIW Production Equipment Planning(Responsible part),

fulfill detailed equipment planning, definition and specific book regarding production concept and layout. Cooperation

执行和自我驱动完成白车身设备规划(责任部分)，根据工艺方案和生产线规划图，完成详细焊装生产线设备规划、选型、技术标书编制以及协同供应商设备调试、交付。

4. Measuring Fixture Planning测量支架规划

Carry out and self-driven fulfill BIW Measuring Fixture Planning(Responsible part),create measuring fixture requirement and specific book regarding GD&T system, including flexible measuring fixture.

根据公差尺寸设计要求，协同研发部, 执行和自我驱动完成三坐标测量支架测量要求，含柔性支架，编制测量技术文件(责任部分)。

5. Change Management变更管理

Check and confirm BIW Change Management(Responsible part),manage all changes coming to BIW：production planning, budget planning and so on.

确认白车身变更，管理白车身所有变更，包括生产规划、投资预算等等(责任部分)。

6. Production CV/PRO Debugging Management生产线试生产调试管理

BIW welding Line Debugging Management (Responsible part), coordinate supplier to fulfill welding line debugging, and record, feedback, tracking and solve all problems found during CV/PRO.

在试生产阶段，根据项目进度，协同生产和供应商，完成生产线调试工作，协调管理各个供应商工装设备调试，问题记录，跟踪、反馈，推动解决调试过程中出现的问题(责任部分)。7. Production Quality management and Ramp-up 生产品质管理与质量提升

According quality target, implement production management of BIW quality, improvement, process audit(VDA6.3)(Responsible part), including jigs and fixtures adjustment, and record, feedback, tracking solving, and push solving of press parts. Organize meeting discuss measuring QZ report and find solution to improve accuracy of BIW, keeping quality stable.

根据质量目标，实施量产白车身生产质量管理，质量提升、VDA6.3过程审核工作(责任部分),包括根据三坐标测量报告，分析调整夹具和治具，记录生产问题、反馈、跟踪和解决，推动冲压件问题解决，定期会议讨论和提升车身精度及保持稳定。

任职要求:

English CV is required together with Chinese CV.

Qualification 任职条件

o Education教育背景

Bachelor degree, Auto, Mechanical, welding Engineering, education.CET-4, English as work language fluently.

全日制本科及以上学历，工程类汽车、机械、材料成型(焊接)相关专业。大学英语四级及以上，能够熟练用英语进行工作沟通交流.

o Experience (type of)工作经验(类型)

Three years experience in body in white production planning, body shop layout and BIW quality improvement of car company.

三年以上主机厂白车身生产规划和白车身质量提升工作经验。

o Specific knowledge/skills具备的知识/技能

1.Knowledge: Body in white structure, GD&T, welding process design and planning, welding equipment, series quality improvement. Self-driven learning and team cooperation.

专业知识：车身结构、尺寸公差，车身工艺设计、工艺规划、焊接装备和量产质量爬坡。自我学习和团队协作能力。

2.Software：Office, AutoCad, Catia, Project

计算机：能够熟练使用OFFICE、AUTOCAD、CATIA、PROJECT软件
