- Lead and take full responsibility of remote service and control system development and roll out

- Window person within BDNT for telematics , ensure proper cooperation of related project parties like R&D, IT, Procurement, Quality, Marketing and Aftersales

- Lead change management and coordinate with other change function teams

- Ensure prober data encryption and system security
- 保证数据加密和系统安全
- Act as window person to IT, Support and create guidelines for engineers in IT department
- 作为研发和IT的接口人，支持并指导IT工程师
- Evaluate market requirements and ensure prompt implementation
- 评估市场的需求，并保证按时上线
- Create, review, update and release of relates Specification books
- 编写、评审、更新、释放相关的设计需求说明书
- Release / Feature planning and create roll out schedule to the market

- Create proposals for System / component design and cross system

- Define testing and release procedure for App and backend system on system level.

- Collect and analyse all IT component/system schematic and control logic, based on state of art technology, with support from system engineer and supplier

- Ensure vehicle operational safety requirements

- Evaluate Government requirements (GB standards) and local homologations to ensure timely implementation

- Create, review, update and release of relates Specification books

- Stay in regular contact with Legal department of BDNT
- 与合规部经常性确认法规相关问题
- Evaluate and ensure prober implementation of legal requirements on telematics
- 评估并保证车联网系统满足法规要求
- Provide technical support to after sales teams by means of handling field issues and addressing customer concerns based on customer feedback
- 针对客户车问题及客户抱怨，对售后提供技术支持
5. Benchmarking 对标调查
- Observe market development and competitor solutions
- 调研行业发展和竞争对手的解决方案
- Monitor technical trends, provide report to management

Bachelor degree or above, major in IT or automotive related.
学士及以上，IT或汽车类理工科专业背景
o Experience (type of)工作经验(类型)
Minimum 5 years engineering experience in Automotive Electrical/Electronic system Development, minimum 3 years main focus on Telematics services including App and IT infrastructure.
Strong Project Management skills.
至少5年汽车电器研发经验，专注在车辆网(包括手机应用及后台)领域至少3年经验。
有丰富的项目管理经验。

Be mastery of Telematics system design for Remote monitoring and control system.
精通车联网系统远程控制功能的设计
Strong knowledge of APP development including back-end and data security.
对APP开发、IT后台开发和数据安全方面具备深入理解
Be proficient in brake down project requirements into system/component requirements.
善于做需求分解，从大系统需求分解为个子系统部件的需求
Understand of EV/HEV vehicle working principle and high voltage safety requirements.
理解电动车/混动车的工作原理和高压安全要求
Basis knowledge of CAN communication incl. usage of CAN tools like Vector CANalyzer etc.
具备基本的CAN通讯知识和技能，能够较熟练使用CAN工具如Vector的CANalyzer
Must possess excellent Microsoft Office software skills (work, excel, PPT etc.).
精通Office办公工具
Strong English language and communication skills are mandatory.
