岗位职责:

The Interior Designer will have at least 6 years experience working in an OEM design studio. The candidate will be able to develop sketch ideas from the project brief into a 3D property. The Interior designer will be responsible for developing creative concepts collaborating and contributing to the creative process and motivating and mentoring members of the team. The Interior designer will have superior illustration skills, both manual sketching and rendering techniques and digital rendering techniques to present and deliver great ideas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Prepare sketches and renderings, both manual and digital.

? Benchmarking boards, mood boards. Collect trend research images to create presentations with this material.

? Research and develop design concepts.

? Prepare sketches and renderings, both manual and digital.

? Manage and make proposals for programme timing, Liase with Marketing, Product management, Engineering, Styling, Technical Convergence (STC) and Programme Management

? Inspire and mentor

任职要求:

? Proven track record (6 years plus) of design in a design agency, OEM or tier 2 supplier.

? Exceptional conceptual and creative abilities. Able to develop ideas from brief to sketch and into a 3D model.

? Superior sketching and rendering skills. Adobe Photoshop and or similar program skills. Microsoft Office Skills also a plus

? Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate views clearly with fully-thought-through arguments;

? Understand how to deliver the brand experience across the full range of physical and digital media, and how to translate that delivery into style guidelines;

? Thorough understanding of the digital design process (Alias knowledge is a plus) and work flow processes

? Knowledge of OEM work flow

? Strategic thinker, flexible with an open mind and willingness to learn more;

? Not afraid of long hours and hard work to get the job done;

? Excellent written and spoken English,

? Work well in a diverse team of designers
